Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before the daily cutoff time begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order complexity.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Many orders arrive sooner depending on your location and the products ordered.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, shipping may be delayed by up to 2 additional business days.

Backordered & Special Order Items

Some products may require additional processing time.

  • Backordered items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
  • Special order items may require several days to several weeks before shipment, depending on manufacturer availability.

We recommend waiting until your equipment has been delivered before scheduling installation.

Shipping Address Requirements

To protect our customers from fraudulent transactions:

  • Your shipping address must match or be registered with your credit card issuer.
  • If shipping to an alternate address, please ensure that address has been added to your credit card account before placing your order.
  • Orders with unmatched billing information may be delayed or cancelled during verification.

No P.O. Boxes

Due to the size and freight requirements of HVAC equipment:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Please provide a valid physical street address where your order can be received.

Order Verification

For your security, all payment and billing information is verified before shipment.

Please ensure:

  • Billing information is accurate.
  • Cardholder details match your bank's records.
  • Shipping information is complete and correct.

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

Installation Notice

Please do not schedule equipment installation until your order has been delivered and inspected. Cool Heat Supply LLC cannot be held responsible for installation costs resulting from shipping delays or carrier scheduling.
